Provides frontline technical support for on-site and remote employees, resolving hardware, software, networking, and Remote Desktop issues. Administers Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure resources, user accounts, and Zoho CRM. Troubleshoots API data pipelines, monitors database loading, writes SQL queries, and supports server room and cloud operations. The role also manages technology deployments, documentation, security practices, and occasional off-hours support for outages, maintenance, and critical issues.

Manage, optimize, and report on paid digital campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Local Service, Demand Gen). Build media plans, communicate with clients and Google reps, mentor junior team members, perform testing and landing page optimization, and ensure campaigns meet KPI and budget goals.

Build, maintain, test, and optimize responsive websites across CMS platforms. Perform QA, implement technical SEO and analytics (GTM/GA4), integrate CRMs and marketing tools, troubleshoot front- and back-end issues, and support ongoing website operations for multiple client accounts.
