The Client Services Navigator provides trauma-informed support to residents at a transitional living program, focusing on housing stability, service planning, and life skills development for young adults facing homelessness.

The Executive Director will lead YouthCare through restructuring, oversee operations and financial management, enhance community relations, and advance racial equity commitments.

Provide overnight on-site supervision for youth in a residential program: conduct safety checks, crisis intervention, documentation, medication support, light facility maintenance, and participate in trainings while maintaining trauma-informed, youth-centered care and program compliance.

Build partnerships, coordinate internships and job fairs, maintain client records in CaseWorthy, perform outreach and 12-month follow-up, support basic needs and crisis response, and transport clients as required.

The Grant Compliance Specialist assists with grant financial reporting, compliance monitoring, audit preparations, and budget tracking to support YouthCare's funding portfolio.
