Lead implementation of a five-year strategic growth plan, launch and assess new programs (evening school, student eatery), steward major partnerships, own postsecondary outcomes, drive space planning, manage a small team, and coordinate executive-level governance, data, and board reporting to scale the organization's programs and finances.

Support daily school operations including facilities maintenance coordination, systems and inventory tracking, room scheduling, vehicle oversight, purchasing and invoice processing, event/enrollment logistics, backup front-desk coverage, and student mentorship. Maintain operational documentation, coordinate vendors and technicians, and assist with health, safety, and continuous improvement of school operational workflows.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, biweekly payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, grant accounting and compliance, audit support, financial reporting and analysis, budget support, and mentor a cohort of students while ensuring funder rules and accounting policies are followed.
