Provide trauma-informed case management for runaway and homeless youth (ages 11-22), manage a caseload of 20-25, build community partnerships to secure housing, education, employment, and healthcare, participate in crisis response rotations, maintain client records and grant data, and support program development, prevention, and family engagement.
