Youth Homes, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and Contra Costa's leading provider of trauma-informed services for foster youth. They support underserved youth and young adults with complex mental health and behavioral challenges through a continuum of care, including community-based mental health services and residential programs designed to create positive, sustainable change and healing for youth and their families.
