The Chief Human Resources Officer leads all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee relations, policies, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development. This role advises executives and managers, manages HR budgets and confidential records, supervises assigned personnel, supports employee engagement and retention, coordinates training and events, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. The CHRO also serves as a board liaison and oversees hiring, performance management, corrective actions, and terminations.
