Teams at Youth Guidance

Part-time coordinator supporting youth engagement and community activities for the MCMF grant. Recruit and communicate with 6–12 youth in Garfield Park, support meetings, trainings, events, outreach, and workforce-development connections. Assist the Program Partnerships & Operations Manager with logistics, documentation, surveys, timesheets, event summaries, and partner relationships. Attend monthly meetings and occasional evenings/weekends. Position averages 14 hours/week through December 31, 2026.

Support school-based youth programs through observation and facilitation of individual and group counseling, conduct youth assessments, provide family and crisis intervention, complete required documentation, participate in supervision, training, and team meetings, and assist with program and administrative duties.
