Sources and recruits candidates for the HSPRS program, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, references, offers, background checks, and onboarding requirements. Maintains compliant personnel and pre-hire records, tracks immunizations and training, supports audits, responds to employee inquiries, attends job fairs, analyzes labor-market data, and ensures hiring and licensing requirements are completed.

Provide clinical leadership and direct mental health services for unaccompanied youth, develop ISPs/ITPs, assess/diagnose, run individual/group/family therapy, supervise and mentor therapists, ensure regulatory and ORR/DSS compliance, participate in federal staffing, respond to on-call crises, and manage documentation and reporting.

Provide case management for youth in short-term residential shelter: assess needs, develop Individual Service Plans, screen for human trafficking, facilitate reunification and safe discharge, document services, and support staff compliance with policies and reporting requirements.

Provide supervision, academic support, and behavioral guidance to at-risk youth during school hours and transitions. Assume residential counselor duties during school closures, ensuring safety, supervision, documentation, medication/waive testing compliance, and regulatory adherence. Collaborate with teachers, treatment teams, families, and leadership; attend required trainings.
