Support daily swim school operations, including instruction, deck management, front desk duties, facility opening and closing, safety, cleanliness, inventory, attendance, reporting, customer service, staff onboarding, local marketing, social media, and community engagement. The role requires working around water and children, maintaining safety standards, resolving customer concerns, and assisting with team development.

Serves as the administrative focal point for a music school by managing scheduling, communications, attendance, opening and closing procedures, customer service, student safety, tours, enrollment, event promotion, social media content, and special projects. Supports the General Manager while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for students, parents, and prospective customers.

Supervise daily swim school operations including deck management, staff hiring and training, scheduling, facility opening/closing, safety and risk management, customer experience and retention, local marketing, and community relations. Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain a safe, engaging environment for students, parents, and staff.
