Lead and oversee all music instruction and curriculum at an after-school music school. Develop and produce student shows, teach lessons, maintain equipment, communicate with parents, support marketing and ticket sales, and ensure a safe, high-quality educational experience.

The Supervisor will manage daily swim school operations, oversee staff, ensure safety and quality of instruction, and enhance customer experience.

Support daily swim school operations by assisting instruction, deck management, front desk, facility opening/closing, safety enforcement, inventory and attendance tracking, onboarding and training staff, customer engagement and retention, local marketing, and social media support. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and excellent customer experiences while promoting community outreach.
