Owns partner marketing from onboarding through activation, referrals, retention, and expansion. Builds relationships with RIAs and benefits brokers, creates multichannel campaigns, collaborates with Sales and Client Success, tracks partner-growth metrics, and develops scalable programs. The role requires strong copywriting, project management, lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, relationship management, and experimentation skills.

Provide empathetic financial guidance to participants, addressing financial challenges, delivering support, and creating educational content while working independently.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, engage with HR leaders and CFOs, and exceed sales goals while collaborating with marketing.
