Provides nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility during afternoon shifts. The role requires availability for part-time or full-time work, every other weekend and holiday, and includes benefits, shift differential pay, attendance bonuses, and pickup-shift bonuses.

The LPN will provide quality care to tenants, assist with assessments and medication, monitor conditions, and support the team during shifts.
