Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promote offers, provide product information, build relationships, track interactions in CRM tools, and schedule appointments for the sales team while meeting sales goals.

Manages powersports dealership finance and insurance operations, including securing customer financing, presenting protection products, processing compliant vehicle transaction paperwork, verifying insurance and lien details, collecting fees, and coordinating with sales, lenders, accounting, and internet teams. Provides leadership and training while helping maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction.
