The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales growth in the dental industry, using strong communication skills to promote products and maintain client satisfaction.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Translate business needs into KPIs, dashboards, and automated reports; analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and reduce manual reporting.

Lead Special Markets revenue growth for the Eastern region by expanding key accounts and acquiring new customers. Manage and coach sales and clinical teams, develop strategic plans, pricing and contract solutions, optimize HubSpot for forecasting, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and drive territory performance to meet targets. Requires travel and building executive-level customer relationships.
