The Sr. Cost Accountant manages cost calculations for materials and labor, prepares inventory reports, conducts variance analysis, and collaborates across functions to enhance accounting processes.

Maintain and administer the electronic QMS (QT9), manage controlled document lifecycle, track CAPA/change control/investigation timelines, administer training records, support audits/inspection readiness, and compile QMS metrics. Proactively notify owners of due/overdue items and ensure records are complete and inspection-ready.

Plan and manage production schedules, inventory, and material flow to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate suppliers and procurement to reduce costs, create and issue purchase orders, track time-sensitive shipments, resolve receiving/vendor issues, support production supervisors, and drive Lean manufacturing and process improvements.
