Supports dental product sales through clinical education events, customer engagement, product demonstrations, training, and technical customer support. Partners with sales leaders, clinical educators, Key Opinion Leaders, and internal teams to coordinate events, develop training materials, deliver sales and product training, address complex customer inquiries, and provide product expertise. The role also monitors training outcomes, supports marketing insights, and travels to approximately 15 events or tradeshows annually.

Manage and grow a portfolio of dental and oral surgery accounts via phone-based inside sales. Build relationships, prospect new and inactive accounts, cross-sell products, document CRM activity, meet revenue and activity targets, and collaborate with internal teams to support customer success.

Manage B2B accounts receivable and collections for assigned territory, reconcile accounts, prepare invoices and customer statements, process credit card payments by phone, support month-end close, resolve billing disputes, maintain customer relationships, and assist with cross-training and departmental coverage.
