Teach graduate leadership and supervision courses in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats; advise students; hold office hours; support program marketing and recruitment; conduct program assessment; coordinate administrative activities; manage facilities and instructional supplies; and use learning management systems. The role also requires participation in an accelerated teaching schedule and collaboration with working professionals and recent graduates.

Provides administrative and clerical support for recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll preparation, HR reporting, compliance, and employee inquiries. Maintains confidential personnel information, coordinates background checks and interviews, updates HR systems, supports audits and regulatory reporting, and assists with engagement and professional development initiatives.

Teaches musical theatre, acting, and related theatre courses; directs up to two mainstage productions annually; collaborates creatively with department faculty and supports student professional readiness. The role requires a terminal degree in acting or a closely related field, significant musical theatre experience, and the ability to teach movement, voice and diction, song as monologue, audition techniques, and related subjects.

Designs, develops, and improves classroom, online, and hybrid courses; partners with faculty and IT to integrate pedagogical best practices and instructional technologies; leads LMS administration, faculty training, accessibility and quality assurance efforts, and evaluates emerging tools including AI to support student engagement and academic integrity.
