Leads the Manufacturing Engineering Department for industrial gas turbine valves, actuators, and aerospace controls. Oversees manufacturing process design, documentation, optimization, tooling, equipment, quality, cost reduction, productivity projects, and ERP utilization. Manages engineering staff, budgets, vendors, technical training, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration with design, quality, purchasing, and production teams.

Develops and documents manufacturing processes for aerospace and industrial valves, actuators, parts, and assemblies in a high-mix, low-volume environment. Leads productivity and continuous improvement initiatives, cost-saving projects, process automation, tooling and fixture design, manufacturability reviews, and production support. Collaborates with engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and operations teams while mentoring junior engineers and promoting process standardization.

Lead mechanical design and development for hydraulic and pneumatic valves and actuators used in aerospace and power generation. Responsibilities include fluid and structural calculations, mechanical modeling, prototype and qualification testing, customer specification compliance, product test development, engineering leadership, supplier and customer communication, and operational support. The role manages new product development programs from concept through manufacturing and field support.
