Develops and maintains manufacturing processes for aerospace and industrial components in a high-mix, low-volume environment. Leads productivity and continuous improvement initiatives, drives cost savings, supports new business manufacturability and cost estimates, and documents manufacturing methods and instructions. Designs CNC tooling, fixtures, assembly and test fixtures, mentors junior engineers, supports production operations, and collaborates with engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and operations teams.

Develops and documents manufacturing processes for aerospace and industrial valves, actuators, parts, and assemblies in a high-mix, low-volume environment. Leads productivity and continuous improvement initiatives, cost-saving projects, process automation, tooling and fixture design, manufacturability reviews, and production support. Collaborates with engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and operations teams while mentoring junior engineers and promoting process standardization.

Lead mechanical design and development for hydraulic and pneumatic valves and actuators used in aerospace and power generation. Responsibilities include fluid and structural calculations, mechanical modeling, prototype and qualification testing, customer specification compliance, product test development, engineering leadership, supplier and customer communication, and operational support. The role manages new product development programs from concept through manufacturing and field support.
