Teams at Young Concert Artists

Creates and manages YCA’s graphic design and media assets, including print collateral, digital graphics, branded templates, photography, and edited video. Prepares commercial print files, maintains brand standards, supports departments and external partners, organizes media archives, tracks usage rights, and manages multiple creative requests. The role requires strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, video editing experience, excellent organization, and occasional evening or weekend event support.

Secures concert engagements for classical musicians by cultivating relationships with presenters, artistic directors, and conductors. Tracks booking goals, contributes to artist roster strategy, represents YCA at industry events, and supports artist management, fundraising, auditions, and concerts. The role requires strong communication, organization, networking, and results-oriented relationship-building skills, with occasional evening, weekend, and travel commitments.
