Leads business development and commercial performance across multiple service lines. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, identifying markets and partnerships, supervising sales teams, managing pipelines, negotiating with clients, expanding magazine advertising and tourism revenue, monitoring KPIs, and reporting commercial performance to company leadership.

The Destination Marketing Officer will develop tourism destinations and travel packages, execute digital marketing campaigns, create content, generate and convert leads, manage customer inquiries and bookings, build tourism partnerships, and track campaign, booking, revenue, and customer-acquisition performance. The role also supports repeat business, referrals, publicity initiatives, and package improvements based on market trends and customer feedback.

Identifies and approaches potential advertisers for Brythos Africa magazine, presents advertising opportunities, negotiates and closes sales, books advertising space, follows up on content, documentation, and payments, maintains accurate sales records, develops client relationships, and meets revenue targets. This is a flexible, field-based and remote commission opportunity with no fixed salary.
