Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads through calls, email, and social media. Research target accounts, tailor outreach, schedule appointments for Account Executives, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with marketing, meet pipeline targets, and report sales activity. The role offers progression toward junior sales responsibilities while developing expertise in YouGov’s products, data, and sales processes.

Own methodology quality control, data health monitoring, anomaly investigation, and change impact assessment for syndicated survey products. Build automated pipelines, alerting tools, and reproducible monitoring frameworks using statistical methods and code. Collaborate with Data Operations, Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Client Services teams to resolve issues, govern methodology changes, document decisions, and communicate statistical findings clearly.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and Airflow; transform, model, and validate data for downstream analytics users. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, testing, and quality controls. Optimize cloud data systems for performance and cost, contribute to architecture and infrastructure-as-code decisions, and document processes. Collaborate with analytics engineers, analysts, and data scientists while supporting reliable enterprise data warehouses.
