Manage studio capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization for a 39-person, multi-location creative production studio. Maintain real-time scheduling in OMG, onboard freelancers, track utilization metrics, resolve scheduling conflicts with project managers, support onboarding and tools provisioning, and contribute capacity analysis for QBRs.
