Maintain and enhance WordPress websites and custom PHP code; build automations, workflows, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform and APIs; collaborate with stakeholders to design low-code solutions; follow DevOps and secure development practices; support platform modernization and provide technical troubleshooting and deployment support.

Serve as the liaison between Technology and Operations to gather and document requirements, lead discovery and process-mapping sessions, recommend solutions, support UAT and testing, coordinate vendors, and assist project delivery to improve systems (ERP, CRM, LMS) and operational workflows.

Coordinate and support MACP practicum placements: monitor student progress, liaise with practicum sites and faculty, track hours and documentation, manage student communications and issues, maintain records and course materials, host office hours, and escalate concerns to senior staff.
