Lead multiple academic new program development projects from planning and proposal creation through government approval, launch, and close. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, vendors, contracts, and regulatory submissions. Provide status reporting to leadership, facilitate approvals, influence without direct authority, and improve project management processes, tools, and templates. The role is a full-time, one-year hybrid contract based in Toronto.

Guide graduate students through pre-practicum requirements, review applications and documentation, track confidential records and progress, follow up on outstanding items, and coordinate with students, practicum sites, supervisors, faculty, and university teams. The role also supports document updates, presentations, process improvements, and effective student services operations.

Coordinates technology delivery across IT initiatives by supporting intake, sprint planning, roadmaps, stakeholder meetings, action tracking, and follow-through. Maintains Azure DevOps work items, timelines, statuses, documentation, runbooks, product libraries, and knowledge bases. Tracks vendor activities, support tickets, escalations, requirements, blockers, and open commitments. Partners with technical and business stakeholders to improve Agile delivery visibility, communication, and documentation consistency.
