Manage enterprise accounts through the complete IT and AV sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, pipeline management, solution and proposal coordination, forecasting, negotiations, and deal closing. Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, operations, partners, and manufacturers, and present solutions to senior decision-makers. The role requires enterprise IT/AV sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, technology fluency, and less than 30% travel, including occasional domestic and international trips.

Designs, deploys, supports, troubleshoots, documents, and manages the lifecycle of large-scale global Cisco collaboration and video conferencing systems. Provides architecture guidance, technical direction to project managers, system specifications, testing, commissioning, customer support, and vendor coordination. Leads multiple projects, resolves complex technical issues, and communicates with clients and internal teams. Requires advanced Cisco collaboration certifications, extensive travel, a valid passport and driver’s license, and willingness to obtain security clearances.

Manages strategic public-sector and Federal Government accounts, building executive relationships, developing business strategies, generating opportunities, and closing complex technology deals. Leads consultative sales processes involving digital transformation, cloud, collaboration, IT, telecommunications, and media solutions. Coordinates technical demonstrations, partner ecosystems, cross-functional teams, pipeline management, negotiations, and solution delivery. Requires government-sector expertise, significant travel, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to complete background checks and pursue required clearances.
