Provides architecture guidance, technical direction to project managers, system specifications, testing, commissioning, customer support, and vendor coordination. Leads multiple projects, resolves complex technical issues, and communicates with clients and internal teams. Requires advanced Cisco collaboration certifications, extensive travel, a valid passport and driver’s license, and willingness to obtain security clearances.

Manages strategic public-sector and Federal Government accounts, building executive relationships, developing business strategies, generating opportunities, and closing complex technology deals. Leads consultative sales processes involving digital transformation, cloud, collaboration, IT, telecommunications, and media solutions. Coordinates technical demonstrations, partner ecosystems, cross-functional teams, pipeline management, negotiations, and solution delivery. Requires government-sector expertise, significant travel, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to complete background checks and pursue required clearances.
