Coordinates and delivers manufacturing and skilled-trades training, including hands-on instruction in machining, CNC, welding, safety, and quality. Develops instructional materials and assessments, supports students and instructors, coordinates schedules and laboratory resources, maintains equipment readiness, assists with purchasing and vendors, engages employers, and supports grant documentation and outcomes.

Supports the Finance Department with accounts payable, accounts receivable, student billing, payment processing, refunds, collections, deposits, reconciliations, purchasing, procurement, financial reporting, and record maintenance. Responds to vendor and internal inquiries, resolves discrepancies, assists with month-end and year-end close, and provides administrative support. The role requires accurate, compliant, timely financial processing and collaboration with students, departments, and vendors.

Responsible for delivering in-person instruction, developing course materials, supporting student engagement, and collaborating with other educators at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
