Manage a portfolio of international Horizon Europe and publicly funded projects, coordinating partners, schedules, budgets, deliverables, reporting, and project documentation. Lead dissemination, communication, and stakeholder engagement work packages, including campaigns, websites, marketing materials, events, webinars, and social media. Represent the organization in project meetings, oversee resource allocation, and coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Create and maintain datasets covering chemical substances and regulations by extracting information from websites and documents, then processing it in Excel and company software tools. The role requires accuracy, logical analysis, problem-solving, and Excel proficiency. Training is provided, and prior chemical or regulatory knowledge is unnecessary. Work is fully remote with flexible hours, typically 5–10 hours weekly, and is suitable for students, particularly those studying STEM subjects.

Provide regulatory and technical advice on UK REACH, EU REACH, and related chemical management regulations. Manage registration, notification, and Only Representative activities; coordinate compliance projects; engage with authorities and public consultations; and deliver client training and webinars. The role also involves expanding services in strategic regions, managing client relationships, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
