Lead hands-on brand design across campaigns, websites, digital tools, social media, print, packaging, signage, and branded merchandise. Develop connected creative suites from concept through delivery, maintain brand standards and templates, collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and communications teams, and manage design vendors and production timelines. The role also includes web and developer handoff, photo and video shoot direction, and ensuring consistent customer-facing brand experiences.

Drives new business with K-12 schools and districts across Tennessee and Alabama. Responsibilities include territory strategy, outbound prospecting, sales pipeline management, presentations, RFP responses, contract negotiation, relationship building, CRM updates, forecasting, and customer handoffs. The role requires frequent travel for meetings, conferences, and business development activities.

Develop and execute marketing plans for Yondr’s Entertainment and Commercial teams. Create sales materials, write and design campaign assets in Canva, support events and trade shows, manage vendors, coordinate brand promotions, and assist with product launches and demand-generation campaigns. Track timelines, budgets, priorities, and campaign results while collaborating with GTM, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Communications, and Sales teams.
