Support project planning, reporting, data collection and analysis, scheduling, document preparation, cost control, risk management, and project closeout. Organize meetings, prepare reports/presentations, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop capabilities through training and coaching.

Design, develop, and deliver technical training for Yokogawa software and hardware to customers and employees. Create learning materials, maintain systems and training records, assess needs, evaluate trainees, provide hands-on demonstrations, troubleshoot during training, and update content as technologies evolve. Deliver training remotely and onsite across global client sites.

Lead and deliver a portfolio of digital and transformational projects: plan, schedule, mitigate risks, run pilots, install and test complex databases, define as-is/to-be processes, develop digital strategy, train digital talent, and manage stakeholder expectations and team performance to achieve project objectives.
