Leads strategic HR for North America, advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, succession, employee relations, change management, and organizational design. Manages HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams, implements enterprise HR programs, supports compliance and risk management, and drives engagement, leadership development, and data-informed workforce decisions.

Develop and execute manual and automated tests for Windows, web, client, and GUI applications. Responsibilities include creating test frameworks and scripts with Selenium, performing functional, integration, usability, performance, and system testing, documenting defects, recording results, and configuring complex test environments. The role also supports quality processes, test automation, and continuous software quality improvement.
