Owns and audits the end-to-end client experience, including monitoring Client Success teams, joining client meetings, conducting check-ins and exit interviews, and designing loyalty, referral, reporting, and onboarding programs. The role reports directly to the CEO, operates independently, and requires strong client communication, analytical problem-solving, and authority to drive improvements.

Owns cross-functional revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey. This is a full-time, fully remote independent contractor role working overnight Philippine hours for U.S. clients.

Build and deploy React frontend and Firebase backend features for an internal ERP used daily by over 85 employees. Configure Firebase services, develop automations and integrations, fix bugs, improve performance, use Claude Code as part of the development workflow, and submit code through GitHub pull requests for review. This is a full-time independent contractor role with a permanent work-from-home setup and an overnight Philippine-time shift.
