Own the growth marketing engine from lead generation through closed-deal follow-up. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing Meta and Instagram campaigns, running structured tests, managing GoHighLevel nurture automations, maintaining pipeline accuracy, and delivering monthly performance reviews with recommendations. The role requires ownership of strategy, lead cadences, deadlines, and SOPs while partnering with leadership. It is a full-time independent contractor position with permanent remote work and an overnight Philippine schedule aligned with U.S. client hours.

Supports business operations by building and improving SOPs, tracking projects and deliverables, coordinating teams and vendors, managing tickets and incidents, and maintaining dashboards, KPI trackers, reconciliations, operational reports, and quality assurance processes. The role requires strong spreadsheet skills, familiarity with productivity, CRM, project management, and automation tools, plus virtual assistance, operations, leadership, and project management experience.

Owns end-to-end creative delivery for a client account across graphic design, video, multimedia, and marketing content. Maintains brand quality across social platforms, presentations, collateral, and infographics; mentors junior creators; identifies scope and timeline risks; and independently sets the creative standard with minimal oversight.
