Own the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Core Domains, including canonical data governance, connector platforms, and automation and agentic AI. Define shared capabilities as internal products, enable operations teams, guide discovery and prioritization, and partner with CPO, CTO, Engineering, Security, and business teams. Ensure platform investments deliver adoption, customer value, operational leverage, strong governance, responsible AI, observability, and safe human oversight.

Lead two product teams as the hands-on Engineering Manager: own sprint execution, production readiness, monitoring, and platform stability. Contribute code across Elixir/Phoenix backend and React/TypeScript frontend, run technical reviews, develop engineers, hire, and set norms for AI-assisted tooling. Partner with Product and Design in a triad to ensure predictable delivery and healthy systems.
