Maintain daily accounting records, journal entries, ledgers, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, manage payables and receivables, and handle vendor and debtor reconciliations. Prepare GST and TDS filings and reconciliations, support audits, perform ledger scrutiny and variance analysis, and assist with financial closing, budgeting, cost tracking, and MIS reporting.

Manage GST compliance, tax matters, account finalization, audits, invoicing, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial statements. Coordinate with vendors and clients on GST issues, monitor regulatory updates, and guide junior accounting staff. Ensure statutory compliance, accurate books, timely filings, and effective resolution of audit findings and tax notices.

Develops relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors; generates leads, expands the customer base, visits garment markets, achieves sales targets, coordinates order fulfillment, monitors market trends, promotes offers, and collects payments. Requires strong communication, negotiation, local market networking, frequent travel, self-motivation, and basic Excel reporting skills.
