Drive domestic Ethyl Acetate sales across India by developing customers, distributors, and industrial buyers; managing relationships; negotiating commercial terms; coordinating order execution and collections; monitoring market trends; preparing forecasts and reports; and achieving sales, margin, acquisition, retention, and territory expansion targets.

Lead large-scale Napier grass farming operations from land preparation and planting through irrigation, fertilization, pest management, harvesting, and regrowth. Optimize biomass yield, soil health, productivity, and cultivation costs while managing labor, contractors, machinery, field teams, records, and crop-performance reporting. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and management to maintain continuous biomass supply. Requires hands-on commercial Napier farming experience and an agriculture-related degree.
