Generates leads, follows up with prospects, closes membership and service sales, conducts facility tours, books demo classes and appointments, supports member retention, promotes fitness and wellness services, participates in community events, and works toward monthly sales quotas. The role requires evening and weekend availability, strong communication and customer service skills, computer proficiency, and occasional or potentially daily travel.

The Sales Associate assists in new membership sales, retains current members, conducts classes, and participates in promotional events. Requires excellent sales skills and some fitness knowledge.
