Own and enhance Yoga Alliance’s Salesforce platform across administration, configuration, development, integrations, security, reporting, and data quality. Build Flow automation, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Experience Cloud solutions; manage deployments, testing, releases, incidents, and enhancement backlogs. Partner with internal stakeholders and an external implementation partner to translate requirements into technical solutions, maintain documentation, support users, and improve membership, credentialing, payments, communications, and portal experiences.

Lead prioritization and coordination of Yoga Alliance's strategic portfolio: ensure visibility, resolve resource conflicts, guide cross-functional teams, build dashboards and reports, drive adoption of portfolio methodologies, design training and playbooks, and support executive reporting and change management.

Lead People strategy and operations for a remote-distributed US workforce: build and manage a People team, design HR programs (benefits, performance, L&D, total rewards, TA), drive org design and DEI integration, ensure compliance, implement HR technology, coach leaders, manage projects and events, and improve employee experience and retention.
