Handle player inquiries through email, in-game tickets, live chat, and social media. Maintain player-facing FAQs, collaborate with QA, development, and community teams, monitor support metrics and SLA targets, identify feedback patterns, and contribute to product improvement proposals. The role requires native-level Chinese, excellent English communication, strong mobile gaming interest, and familiarity with player support tools.

Lead design and implementation of major systems, features, and characters for a live mobile F2P title. Analyze and balance economy, combat, and progression using player data. Create clear design documentation, present designs to stakeholders, mentor peers, and optimize pipelines with art, engineering, and production for sustainable live releases.

Lead and scale Yodo1s adtech commercial function: personally source and close strategic high-value accounts, build repeatable sales methodologies, coach and elevate the BD team, manage full sales cycle, partner with Product and Customer teams, represent the company externally, and design the future commercial org.
