Teams at YMCA of West Central Florida

Perform routine golf course groundskeeping: mowing, trimming, bunker raking, irrigation support, trash removal, range upkeep, and basic equipment cleaning/servicing. Work outdoors early mornings and weekends, follow safety procedures, and support course setup.

Officiates and instructs YMCA youth sports programs, enforces rules and positive behavior, prepares and maintains equipment and game sites, supports volunteer coaches, communicates with families, promotes YMCA character values and healthy lifestyles, and completes required training and safety checks.

Oversee and coordinate the on-site after-school program, supervise staff, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, maintain records and compliance with YMCA and licensing requirements, manage program logistics, safety, parent relations, and staff development.
