Provides administrative and guest service support for the Conference Department. Manages phone and email communications, maintains event records in the Maestro reservation system, verifies conference details, coordinates logistics with internal departments, supports guest issue resolution, and helps ensure conference groups receive organized, welcoming service. Requires flexibility for varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Support conference and reunion groups with planning, registration, invoicing, on-site coordination, guest relations, emergency response, and liaison duties across departments to ensure timely, professional service.

Lead and operate Camp Chief Ouray leadership and trip programs for ages 13–17: plan and run trips, recruit and train seasonal staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and compliance, cultivate inclusion and partnerships, support marketing, ACA site visits, and philanthropic/grant efforts.
