Supervise and engage children in Learn & Play programs through curriculum-based activities, play, swimming, snacks, and age-appropriate guidance. Maintain a safe, supportive environment; communicate with families and staff; respond to accidents and incidents; complete attendance and incident records; and properly manage equipment and supplies.

Supervise and engage children in a safe, supportive Learn & Play environment. Responsibilities include planning and implementing curriculum, leading group activities, providing age-appropriate discipline, following safety procedures, supervising locker rooms and swimming activities, communicating with families and staff, documenting attendance and incidents, maintaining supplies, and preparing snacks or meals. Additional training or extended hours may occasionally be required.

Oversee youth sports practices and games, enforce sport and YMCA rules, officiate events, maintain facility safety and cleanliness, set up and remove equipment, complete score sheets, respond to emergencies, and communicate professionally with players, parents, coaches, and the Sports Director.
