Lead after-school program operations, supervise and coach staff, ensure EEC licensing compliance and child safety, manage schedules and materials, build relationships with families and schools, and provide year-round leadership including summer Y Day Camp.

Support daily YMCA operations by administering Daxko (programs, memberships, billing), assisting accounts receivable reconciliation, coordinating third-party partnerships, generating operational reports, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending process improvements while collaborating with finance, membership, childcare, and local teams.

Lead youth sports classes, leagues, camps and school-age enrichment programs. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, travel between sites, support program operations, train staff, ensure safety and supervise participants while building relationships with children, families, and community partners.
