Lead and support aquatics programs including swim lessons, lifeguarding, classes, and special events. Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor aquatics staff, ensure certifications and pool safety, engage members and community partners, and maintain a safe, welcoming aquatic environment.

Lead and mentor camp counselors, supervise and engage campers, ensure safety and adherence to YMCA policies, support daily schedules and activities, and foster an inclusive, fun environment throughout the summer camp season.

Provide first aid and nursing care to campers and staff, administer and document medications, maintain medical supplies and records, communicate with families, and respond to emergencies while upholding public health regulations.
