Teams at YMCA of the Jersey Shore

Lead accounting and finance operations including general ledger maintenance, monthly close, financial statements, budgeting, audit coordination, grant compliance, and staff supervision. Implement financial controls, support strategic financial analysis, and partner with leadership on policies and operational liaison duties.

Oversee YMCA swim lesson and certification programs: plan, staff, and deliver lessons; manage schedules, budgets, safety, instructor onboarding and training; serve as primary contact for participants; maintain records and ensure policy compliance.

Provide therapeutic parent-child visitation services for child welfare-involved families: conduct intakes and assessments, create and update visitation plans, supervise and document visits, transport participants, link families to community resources, and collaborate with DCP&P and other stakeholders.
