Supports school-age childcare programs across multiple sites by coordinating staff onboarding and training, monitoring licensing compliance, conducting site visits, overseeing behavioral support plans, communicating with parents and school staff, assisting with program planning and licensing applications, and evaluating staff performance. The role requires regular travel between worksites and maintaining required childcare, safety, and professional certifications.

Officiates YMCA youth sports games, enforces rules, resolves infractions and complaints, inspects game sites for safety, documents incidents, builds positive relationships, mentors junior referees, and participates in sports training and development.
