Teams at YMCA of the Inland Northwest

Supervises multiple school-age programs and locations, including scheduling, staffing, supplies, records, and summer day camp operations. Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff while supporting retention and accurate timekeeping. Builds positive relationships with children, families, and caregivers; promotes inclusive programming and ADA accommodations. Maintains safety, child abuse prevention, incident documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Facilitates challenge-course and ropes programming for diverse groups while maintaining participant safety. Duties include climbing and belaying at heights up to 60 feet, fitting harnesses and helmets, teaching knots, inspecting and maintaining equipment, documenting usage and incidents, identifying hazards, completing participant paperwork, and providing experiential education. The role requires outdoor work, physical exertion, customer service, and adherence to YMCA safety and confidentiality policies.

Officiates YMCA youth sports games, enforces rules, resolves infractions and complaints, inspects game sites for safety, documents incidents, builds positive relationships, mentors junior referees, and participates in sports training and development.
