Deliver small-group and one-on-one strength and conditioning instruction, design and modify workouts, ensure safe, clean workout environments, build member relationships, and promote attendance while following YMCA policies and certifications.

Oversee daily preschool operations, supervise and mentor teachers, ensure developmentally appropriate curriculum and licensing compliance (Title 22/CCLD), manage enrollment, budgeting, scheduling, safety, recordkeeping, family engagement, and staff development while fostering community partnerships and continuous program improvement.

Lead and instruct youth gymnastics classes, plan and deliver safe, age-appropriate activities, build relationships with participants and parents, promote a positive environment, and support YMCA mission and team.

Sell YMCA memberships and program registrations through community outreach, facility tours, and lead follow-up. Meet membership sales targets, support membership drives, maintain member relations, enforce safety standards, and promote Y programs and mission-driven engagement.

Lead and guide youth and teens in safe, developmentally appropriate fitness and enrichment activities. Plan and run large-group P.E. classes, coach sports, manage behavior, and uphold YMCA youth protection, core values, and required trainings/certifications.
