Supports YMCA membership systems by configuring programs, rates, discounts, workflows, and user accounts; generating accurate reports; troubleshooting application, database, hardware, and software issues; supporting website and mobile integrations; and training staff. Escalates complex issues to DAXKO support and assists users with varying technical skill levels. The role also requires maintaining organized records, identifying process improvements, and following YMCA child-protection procedures.

Administers DAXKO Operations and Engage, configuring memberships, programs, billing, workflows, reports, and integrations. Maintains data integrity, supports financial reconciliation, troubleshoots system issues, manages user accounts, and provides staff training and documentation. Collaborates with Finance, Operations, Membership, Marketing, HR, branch leadership, and DAXKO Support to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and improve system utilization.

Leads YMCA branch operations, programs, staffing, budgeting, fundraising, community outreach, strategic initiatives, and facility quality and safety. Supervises staff and volunteers, supports program marketing and registration, analyzes performance data, maintains stakeholder relationships, and serves as Manager on Duty. The role requires on-site attendance, emergency response, customer service, and compliance with YMCA policies and training requirements.
