Responsible for the care and supervision of participants in the Before/After School Program/Summer Camp, ensuring safety and engagement in activities while fostering a positive environment.

Supervise and care for children in before/after school and summer programs, deliver age-appropriate activities, ensure physical and emotional safety, document attendance and incidents, communicate with caregivers, maintain facility safety and cleanliness, complete required trainings and background screenings.

Assists classroom teachers with instruction, supervision, learning activities, meals, hygiene, cleaning, and child safety in an early learning center. Supports children’s social, intellectual, physical, and emotional development; provides individualized assistance; maintains child-adult ratios; communicates positively with parents; supports volunteers and school activities; and completes required safety, health, background screening, CPR, First Aid, and annual training requirements.
