Leads Youth Services and Child Watch programs, overseeing program development, staff recruitment and supervision, child safety, quality, budgets, scheduling, compliance, member experience, community partnerships, and special initiatives. The role manages program records and performance, responds to families, maintains YMCA standards, supports risk management and emergency preparedness, and advances the YMCA mission through inclusive youth and family programming.
