Manage employee relations by conducting investigations, advising leadership on disciplinary and grievance matters, delivering training, drafting formal HR documentation, updating policies, and supporting compliance with employment laws while providing consultative HR guidance across the organization.

Lead and instruct climbing wall classes for youth and diverse participants, prepare age-appropriate lesson plans, enforce safety rules, and create an engaging environment. Maintain equipment knowledge, assist skill development, and complete required trainings and background checks.

Plan and coordinate teen programs and events, develop lesson plans and curriculum, supervise and mentor part-time staff and volunteers, manage schedules and budgets, ensure program quality and safety, and serve as primary contact for families.
