Leads and manages aquatics programs, pool operations, staff, volunteers, schedules, safety compliance, and participant instruction. Develops and evaluates programs, recruits and trains team members, maintains lifeguard and instructional quality, conducts safety certifications, and builds relationships with members and the surrounding community.

Leads and manages YMCA aquatics programs, including pool operations, swim lessons, water fitness, swim teams, adaptive programs, and safety compliance. Recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises lifeguards, instructors, staff, and volunteers. Develops and evaluates programs, provides instruction, conducts certifications and safety training, builds member relationships, and expands programming to meet community needs.

Leads after-school enrichment programs for middle-school students, implementing curriculum, homework support, STEAM activities, sports, recreation, and positive behavior management. Coordinates activities and events, maintains supplies, supports student development, and ensures children’s health, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaboration with parents, staff, and community partners, along with required training and background checks.
