Performs general accounting functions, including accounts payable vendor management, accounts receivable and cash receipts processing, fixed asset accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close tasks, and audit support. The role also exports and imports financial data, researches accounting issues, processes deposits, maintains asset records, and supports collections and special projects.

Leads Camp Hanes administrative office operations, registration, billing, records, family and group communications, marketing coordination, board support, fundraising events, and cross-department collaboration. Maintains accurate systems, calendars, contracts, participant information, and financial documentation while providing responsive service to families, guests, volunteers, donors, and community partners. Supports recruitment, onboarding, compliance, planning, and seasonal camp operations in alignment with YMCA values.
