Teams at YMCA of Montclair

Provides customer service to current and prospective YMCA members, answers questions, sells memberships and programs, supports retention and membership events, represents the organization in community events, and maintains a welcoming and secure facility environment. Responsibilities include opening and closing shifts, member and vendor sign-in procedures, attending training and meetings, reporting policy violations, and working varied morning, evening, and weekend hours.
