Teams at YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles

Directs YMCA childcare programming, ensuring licensing compliance, child safety, curriculum implementation, parent communication, staff recruitment and development, attendance tracking, budgeting, scheduling, facility readiness, and community engagement. The role supervises staff and volunteers, maintains strong school and family relationships, coordinates events, promotes YMCA programs, and upholds mandated reporting, safety, and risk-management policies.

Serve as a frontline ambassador to welcome members, build relationships, conduct tours and wellness consultations, promote and close memberships, support member retention, instruct safe equipment use, monitor fitness areas, process payments, and participate in community outreach and YMCA campaigns.
