Serve as a frontline ambassador to welcome members, drive membership sales and retention, conduct onboarding and wellness consultations, facilitate belonging through small-group connections, support healthy-living goals, ensure fitness center safety, and manage membership operations and data.

Lead and manage all aspects of a YMCA branch including operations, programs, facilities, staff and volunteer development, fundraising, community relations, board development, budget/financial management, marketing, and safety to achieve strategic goals.

Serve as a frontline ambassador to welcome members, drive membership sales and retention, provide wellness support and onboarding, facilitate small-group connections, conduct tours and outreach, monitor fitness area safety, process memberships/payments, and uphold YMCA policies and values.
