Provides strategic and operational leadership across assigned YMCA branches, coaching Executive Directors and driving organizational, financial, staffing, membership, program, safety, and community outcomes. Leads association-wide staff development, onboarding, leadership training, succession planning, and emerging leader initiatives. The role promotes operational consistency, accountability, collaboration, mission alignment, and compliance with abuse-prevention and reporting requirements while traveling among assigned YMCA locations.

Manages YMCA aquatics programming and pool operations, ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Supervises and supports staff and volunteers, schedules classes and events, maintains operational and compliance records, evaluates participation, supports marketing and fundraising, and promotes abuse prevention and mandated reporting policies. The role may require pool participation, staff training, reliable transportation, and travel between local branches.
