Leads branch member services including recruitment, retention, membership campaigns, staff hiring/training/scheduling, budget management, Welcome Center procedures, events, payroll transactions, fundraising support, and ensuring compliance with youth protection and risk-management policies.

Lead all branch aquatics programming: recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff and volunteers; ensure pool safety and regulatory compliance; create classes and events; manage program budgets, marketing, and reporting; support fundraising and branch initiatives.

Oversee YMCA aquatics programs and staff to ensure a safe, compliant pool environment. Schedule classes/events, maintain operation and safety records, support staff training and supervision, assist marketing, fundraising, and program evaluation, and enforce youth protection and mandated reporting policies.
