Supports YMCA membership growth and retention through member engagement, facility tours, wellness orientations, enrollment administration, phone interactions, and relationship building. Provides guidance on wellness equipment and goal achievement, maintains member records, supports events and fundraising, enforces safety policies, and helps resolve member concerns. Requires basic wellness knowledge, customer service and sales skills, computer proficiency, and CPR, first aid, and emergency oxygen certifications within 30 days of hire.

Directs day-to-day HR functions for assigned departments, including employee relations, compliance, investigations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, safety, training, and policy interpretation. Advises leaders, oversees employee engagement and development programs, analyzes recruitment and safety data, supports process improvements, and ensures compliance with employment regulations. The role also conducts orientations, career fairs, exit interviews, and leadership training while maintaining confidential employee information.
