Provide constant surveillance of the pool, enforce safety rules, respond to emergencies per YMCA standards, communicate with members and staff, complete required trainings and certifications, and work assigned weekday shifts (part-time up to 15 hours).

Provide energetic, nurturing supervision and programming for after-school children, leading games, arts/crafts, and activities. Collaborate with team, maintain consistent Monday–Friday schedules, and support a safe, positive environment. Must be at least 18 and meet education/experience requirements.

Officiate youth (K-8) NFL FLAG football games using league rules, ensuring safety, sportsmanship, and consistent rule enforcement. Communicate with coaches, players, and families, report incidents to the Site Supervisor, assist with basic game-day setup and cleanup, and complete required referee training.

Provide supervised care and engaging activities for school-age children in an after-school program. Plan and lead games, arts and crafts, and enrichment activities, ensure child safety, collaborate with team members, and maintain consistent Monday–Friday schedules. Full- and part-time roles; must be 18+ with one year childcare experience.

Provide friendly, professional front-desk service to members and guests: greet visitors, answer phones, assist with new member sign-ups, handle member questions and concerns, and maintain excellent customer service and organization in a fast-paced YMCA facility.
